This loyalty program is our way of saying kamsahamnida! for supporting Chingu Korean & Taiwanese Deli. By joining and using your digital Chingu Club card, you agree to the following terms:

✨ How It Works Earn 5% cashback on every purchase. Cashback is stored as Chingu credit and can be used on future purchases. No minimum redemption — you can use credit whenever you want. Cashback is applied in-store at Chingu De Pijp, Amsterdam. For online orders (pick-up only), cashback is credited when you collect your order in-store.

🚫 Not Eligible Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms do not earn cashback, including: Uber Eats Thuisbezorgd Deliveroo (if applicable) Any other external delivery service apps Only purchases made directly with Chingu apply.

🎁 Welcome Gift Every new Chingu Club member receives €2 credit as a welcome treat 💕 🛍️ Where You Can Use It Valid only at Chingu De Pijp, Amsterdam. Applies to in-store purchases and online pick-up orders placed directly with us.

🍽️ Eligible Items Cashback applies to all menu items and drinks. Can be combined with promotions. Cannot be combined with coupon codes.

👤 Membership Personal use only (no sharing 🫶). Name and email required to join. Your information is used for loyalty and Chingu marketing only (no spam, just rice ball love 💌🍙).

💾 Lost Digital Card The card is digital-only. If you lose access, contact us — we will try to recover your balance using your registered email if the system allows it. Recovery cannot be guaranteed.

🕒 Credit Expiry Chingu credit does not expire.

🛑 Program Changes Chingu may modify or end the program at any time (we’ll try to notify you!).

🌍 Legal Program valid in The Netherlands. Use of the card means you accept these terms.
